Culverden Homes is a residential developer established in 2022, specialising in the delivery of thoughtfully designed, high-end homes. With a focus on the human experience, the company approaches each project with a commitment to quality, detail and longevity.
Founded by two architects, Culverden Homes brings together over 30 years of combined experience across architecture and construction. This foundation informs a design-led approach that balances creativity with technical expertise.
The team has worked across a wide range of sectors, from bespoke private residences and commercial development projects to the restoration of heritage buildings and public realm schemes. This breadth of experience underpins a considered and adaptable approach to every project.
Culverden Homes offers a comprehensive, end-to-end service, drawing on a trusted network of consultants to deliver projects seamlessly from concept through to completion.

Executive Director - Design & DeliveryArchitect with mixed use experience at award winning practices over a 15 year career. Chris has a passion for creating innovative yet sensitive design visions that gain the support of all stakeholders.
Chris was highly commended for the National RIBA MacEwen Award, which celebrates architecture that has impacted local communities for the common good, alongside being shortlisted for the RIBA Regional Awards and the National Brick Awards.

Executive Director - Design and DeliveryAs an owner of Coleman Anderson Architects, Stuart has extensive experience in the residential sector having spent over a decade designing bespoke, high-end homes for private clients, ensuring the highest standard of quality is achieved. Stuart’s experience and creative vision enables him to unlock complex sites whilst ensuring their effective delivery through all stages of development process.
